Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have taken their two boys, Kingston, 4, and Zuma, 2, across the pond. The family were spotted arriving at a relative's house in London, England on Monday (May 2).

The trip must have worn out Zuma. The sleeping tot had to be carried out of the family car.

The No Doubt singer has had a busy weekend. On Saturday she made a special guest appearance at Prince's concert in Los Angeles. Together they sang their song, So Far, So Pleased.

Most four year old boys would rather spend the afternoon at the park or playing computer games.

But Gwen Stefani's son Kingston seemed more than happy to hang out with his famous mother - even while she gets her nails done.

The precocious little boy sat and chatted to Gwen, 41, as she indulged in a manicure and pedicure at a West Hollywood nail salon yesterday.

Gwen looked her usual glamorous self in boyfriend style jeans, a patterned T-shirt and a leather jacket despite having to carry her white suede booties to maintain her pedicure before it dried properly.

Instead she donned a very fetching pair of pink disposable flip flops to make the short walk from the salon to the car.

Her eldest son, meanwhile, showed off his cheeks side by poking his tongue out at passers by as he followed his mother to their car.

Wearing a T-shirt with the word DUDE written on it and a trendy pair of dark wash jeans, the blonde child lived up to his shirt's slogan by continuing the cheek tirade even once he had climbed into the back seat.

His mother then received a helping hand into her SUV before the duo were on their way home.

Absent from the afternoon's outing was Gwen's husband of eight-and-a-half years Gavin Rossdale and their youngest son Zuma, two.

Gavin was spotted earlier in the day enjoying some alone time as he browsed the Nike store in Beverly Hills, California alone.

Talking to the U.S. issue of Elle magazine last month, Gwen revealed she had big plans for her LAMB fashion range in the next year.

She said: 'I'm not even close to being where I want it to be yet. [Fashion] is very, very hard to do well, but I'm learning.

'I'm getting to the point where the last collection we did was a disaster until two weeks before – I had to fly to Montreal and review the whole collection – and it ended up being one of the most cohesive collections we'd ever done.'

Stefani certainly received a warm reception when she showcased her new line at New York Fashion Week in February, when Kingston who stole the show walking the catwalk with his mother.

When asked about who she imagines wearing her clothes she replied by saying Rihanna had worn one of her jackets saying 'that was hot'.

Gwen Stefani opted to wear a sheer white embroidered tunic while out with her family for Easter. She matched the look with black pants and accessories.

Gwen Stafani is known for her rock and roll style of rebellion, so it was only fitting that she married husband, Gavin Rossdale, in an untraditional gown. Gwen Stefani was seen with Kingston, 4, and Zuma, 2 at their preschool in Los Angeles, Calif. on Friday (April 15). The No Doubt singer spent some time with them on the school playground.

In the May issue of Elle magazine, Stefani admits she "can't picture touring."

She says, "I don't know. Right now, I can't picture touring. I just think about it and I'm like...It's so physical, and I'd have to prepare for that mentally. I just don't know how we're going to do it, because now Kingston is going to be in kindergarten.

"Now we all have kids. But it's so different for me. Those guys have wives, so they can be like, "Oh, we'll meet you out on the tour at the end of the semester."
